On Chris Hayes, yeah it's pretty clear that Rubio is the only sane candidate now that Jeb! pooped out..

Nobody has ever heard of Paul Singer. Who cares who he supports?

ETA: Wikipedia informs me that:

"In 2007, Singer was one of Rudolph Giuliani’s most important fundraisers in Giuliani’s bid for the Republican presidential nomination."

Yeah, he's a big player, a high roller; he knows how to pick 'em.
