Democrats are friggen Wimps and it adds to our losses.
It is flat out disgusting how MSNBC can roll out multiple Dems not supporting bringing in refugees.
No solutions, just he standard wait and see/pause approach. It is 10k refugees, highly vetted. So rather than saying we need to take precautions, which are in place, and educating the American public on global warming drought and a failed Iraq policy from the previous administration causing the situation, the play right into the republican pause approach. Chicken shit fucking wimps.

1. I don't mind it if they're thoroughly vetted and monitored
And spread out so that they don't form large ethnic enclaves.
If Isis terrorist attacks continue, this will split the party and the Republicans will win on this issue. |

3. Enclaves are segregated areas and this would be forced on them opposed to
them wanting that, I would think.
Sure they are going to be scared and feel out of place and will want others they can relate to but the vetting is good enough for me. |

4. Nobody needs to know where they go
In the 70's I was asked to meet with some Vietnamese boat people because I was a Vietnam vet. Our church sponsored them.
So I met with them and asked where they lived in Vietnam. They were from Hanoi. Five years before they were my enemy. It took a long time for me to get over my hatred for North Vietnamese. I figured out that the only one being hurt by my hatred was me. Let's live up to our pledge to the huddled masses yearning it to breath free. It will not effect the election at all. |

5. I think Obama is actually doing this though
He has basically the same concerns. That's why if you happen to see that map of immigrants by state, the Syrians are roughly settled proportional to each state's population. Cali had the most and it went by population I think.

2. Sounds like they didn't include Martin O'Malley.
Surprised???
O'Malley sticks to his call for 65,000 Syrian refugees. http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/elections/2016/2015/11/16/omalley-sticks-his-call-65000-syrian-refugees/75906882/ |
