1. When you log into DU there is a box to click on that will allow you to remain logged

onto to DU from the computer you on. Check that box and your problem should be solved.

If so, you would need to add DU and other sites you want to recognise you to an exceptions list for that.

I have Firefox set to delete cookies whenever I close it and that means I need to log in to DU every time. It's easier to log in than to remember to delete specific cookies every single day.
