If you listen carefully only full US surrender will end this dispute. And I am sure the militia will not stop there. They and others like them want ALL the government land surrendered to the states to sell of and auction off as they please to private interests. Full use to them mean full exploitation to whatever economic interests can buy them.

What they don't understand is that these lands could be sold off even to interests like the Chinese, the Saudis or any other foreign interest that can buy them. So eventually the people do not own them actually. All you have to do is look at what John McCain did in Arizona recently. That means Congress could even sell US land to anyone they desire. As long as the bribe is big enough.
