Very simple way to get rid of the Bundy Bunch

Send two government officials to the Malheur Refuge.

The first person will have a document purportedly transferring ownership of the refuge to Ammon Bundy's group.

The second person will have a document demanding immediate payment of 175 years' worth of back property taxes, at current rates, plus interest and penalties, on 187,757 acres of land, and authorizing the government to seize all vehicles, firearms, ammunition, personal effects, interest in any business ventures in any state in the Union, and snacks in the Bundy group's possession as partial payment for this tax liability. Then bring in the rollbacks and start loading up their cars.

They'll start packing in microseconds.

They gladly use the benefits of taxes all day everyday, but they arent big on paying them

He must avoid it NOT because it is the right thing to do, but as this country is still a rabidly violently racist society, he simply cant be seen taking physical or forceful action against white people, especially good ole boys.

He should be able to, but he cant or wont, he doesn't want that on his record.

2. The back taxes part would be an ex post facto application of the law.

No can do. The Federal government owned the land for that time, ergo, no government may charge property taxes on the land for that time if ownership is transferred.

7. The Bunny Bundy families should not be able to take any land that is not theirs!

Self domain is not tolerable in contents of claiming land for a personal vendetta. I can't see how they are being protect by the laws and how they can seize land that is public land. Now, it also reverts back to the government take over land that someone legally owns. My issues is that Bundy is upset and is trying to prove a point, but it not a strong point that gives the right to occupy government land. I am not smart enough to come up with a solution, but there has to laws to prevent this from happening?
