I grew up hearing these chants, back in the 1970's.

WIAA rules trying to curb student chants like 'airball'
Hilbert student athlete suspended 5 games for tweeting response to rules
HILBERT, Wis. The suspension of a Wisconsin athlete over a profane tweet mentioning the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association is drawing national attention.
According to the Appleton Post-Crescent, Hilbert basketball player April Gehl was suspended for five games after tweeting a response to the league's request for schools to enforce unsportsmanlike behavior rules in student chants.
The tweet, which included a profanity, remains posted on her account.
WISN 12 News has obtained an email, sent Dec. 22, from the WIAA to member schools. The email, entitled "WIAA Sportsmanship Point of Emphasis," comes from WIAA Director of Communications Todd Clark.
"Not wanting to restrict creativity or enjoyment, an enthusiastic and boisterous display of support for a schools team is welcomed and encouraged at interscholastic events when directed in a positive manner," he wrote. "However, any action directed at opposing teams or their spectators with the intent to taunt, disrespect, distract or entice an unsporting behavior in a response is not acceptable sportsmanship. Student groups, school administrators and event managers should take immediate steps to correct this unsporting behavior."
Clark cited recent examples of "unsporting behavior" including chants like 'You cant do that, Fundamentals, Airball, Theres a net there, Sieve, We Cant Hear You, the scoreboard cheer, and Seasons Over during tournament series play.'
It felt like the right time to remind schools of making sure that sportsmanship stays on the forefront, Clark told WISN 12 News reporter Ben Hutchison.
At Menomonee Falls High School, they've already gone a step further by creating a student fan boot camp that takes place in August.
We talk about what we can do and can't do, Athletic Director Ryan Anderson said.
Anderson said they work with the kids.
I usually give free rein to our student section because they've been great, and if I have to walk over to them, they're quick to change, Anderson said.
Casey Seidl is one of six student section leaders. Despite the WIAA warning, he believes chants like "airball" are fun and part of the game.
Keep it simple as we've been doing all year and make sure we're respectful to the game and the people playing it on our side and the opposing team, Seidl said.
