Trump Campaign About Making Open Racism & Bigotry OK.

The Trump strategy appears to be about making open racism and bigotry acceptable. The white people attracted to him because they are angry about NOT being able to use the "N" , "S" and other nasty taboo words openly and without shame. And GOP establishment is uneasy because the tactic exposes who they really are.

Using code words and obscure racist and bigoted phraseology has gotten them a long way in winning elections. It gains them independents who might otherwise be run off by more overt phraseology. You need independents to win. And the more of them you can essentially trick the more you win.

Trumps overt racism takes that game away. And the bet is that massive white anger will win the day.

"everyone is thinking and wants to say" but being PC stops them - if 'everyone' is a racist bigot, anyway.

And the bet is that massive white anger will win the day.

White males used to make all the rules. (They still make the vast majority but it is the missing fraction that is bothersome.) Minorities and women 'knew their place' and everything operated smoothly. Not coincidentally, white males had all the good jobs and made most of the money. Women and minorities got what jobs and wages were 'left'.

We only call it a political campaign because so many fantasize about doing the same.
