7. GOP Governors: "We don't want no EPA futzing around our State, telling us what

to do. We understand our LOCAL situation better than the US Govt." And now, in Michigan, the governor says there is blame to go around: Federal Govt (that he wants out of MI's business), State Govt (he and cronies), and Local Govt (more of his cronies). The FBI should bum rush the MI Govt server before he trashes the email and contracts files, as most GOP politicians do. I wish Pres. Obama was more proactive in dealing with this problem. We need to provide the poor people in Michigan federal protection.

The local government had no say in anything related to governing their city. They didn't want the river water, but it didn't matter, their voices didn't count.

The Emergency Manager was only answerable to Snyder.
