Tonight I watched the livestream of René Angelil' s funeral

http://www.tvanouvelles.ca/2016/01/21/celine-une-vraie-jackie-kennedy---rodger-brulotte

in Montreal, through Québec cable TVA, online, and I just found I wasnt the single one to think that

Céline Dion' s last two day' s public appearances were a reminiscent of Jackie Kennedy after JFK' s assasination.

See for yourselves.

was that she stayed behind after the funeral for 7 hours to shake hands and greet guests and well wishers one by one (and sign autographs too). Geez. I can't imagine how strong one has to be to do that. Their son's speech was impressive for 15 as well. I'm not sure about the comparison given the differing circumstances, but Céline was certainly stately and strong. She's definitely someone I've always admired.
