Governor Snyder, DEQ served with subpoenas

http://www.abc12.com/home/headlines/Governor-Snyder-and-DEQ-served-with-subpoenas-366505861.html

Governor Rick Snyder and the Michigan DEQ are now at the receiving end of a subpoena tied to a class-action lawsuit over Flint's Water Emergency.

The legal team representing residents demand to see all emails, text messages, and other documents linked to the lead contamination crisis.

It singles out Governor Snyder, his staff members, and the city's four Emergency Managers: Darnell Earley, Michael Brown, Gerald Ambrose and Edward Kurtz. The Michigan Department of Environmental Quality is part of it too.

They want records dating back January of 2011 anytime they talked about one of three things: Flint River as a source of drinking water, Flint River quality or the KWA Pipeline.
