This is from January 19, but in light of growing demands to oust her from the DNC and an unsanctioned debate upcoming on February 4th, it's worth a repost that she may lose more than her DNC job. Although I'm sure her career as a lobbyist will be quite fruitful. I blame her as much as anyone for the negative tone of this primary campaign.
For the first time in her long congressional career, she faces a primary challenger for the Democratic nomination. Hes Tim Canova, a smart, articulate, sophisticated lawyer with a history of activism both with the Occupy movement (hes against the Wall Street bailout for which Wasserman Schultz voted and the general excesses of big banks and crony capitalism) as well as a steadfast opponent of the Patriot Act (for which Wasserman Schultz repeatedly voted).

He's quite progressive as part of the Occupy movement. It will be an indicator of where the Democratic party is vis a vis the future and the General election.
