There are probably more politicians around this country who, if they had any decency at all left, would do the only honorable thing that remains to them and resign. Snyder and Emanuel are certainly in that category.

know, it's a club, and none of us are part of it. Damn, I wish voters would wake the F up and vote on what's really going on, not idiotic rhetoric. It's frightening just how many people in the US are propagandized to vote for their own worst interests.

Expressions like "jumped the shark" and "FUBAR" keep occurring to me. I should probably not post until I shake it off.

are falling away IMO when it come to politicians and the like. The marriage of huge money, politics, media and corporations has been egregious to the US and I do wonder if recovery is even possible. I get pessimistic too. The spectacle of the republican bid for president is unbelievable.

I was telling someone recently, why don't they just auction off the presidency on eBay and the highest bidder wins. That's what seems to be happening in this country.

have already resigned. Also the EPA regional director.

The wife of the MDEQ spokesman is Gov. Snyder's Press Secretary. Brad Wurfel was particularly obnoxious in attacking doubters regarding the water.

"We are so pleased that Sara and Brad are returning to Michigan to join our administration," Snyder said. "We have aggressively sought out talented individuals to join in our efforts to reinvent Michigan and Sara and Brad are two of the best in their field."

is convince government hating rightwingers that government is NOT the problem.

That good government will literally save their lives.

That bad government, i.e. for profit corporatists, will always harm you if necessary to gain the profit.

I am now listening to this criminal, and yes, Black people are inconvenient.

I can promise you he is privately annoyed as hell that this is happening, I mean they are poor Black people, why in the hell does anybody care? He is both surprised that anybody cares and annoyed.

They are hypocritical about absolutely everything.

The only redeeming quality of some of them is SOME of them dont see anything but green and therefore are not total racist assholes.

On Monday, state Attorney General Bill Schuette said he is appointing an ex-prosecutor and Detroit's former FBI chief to join the investigation into Flint's water crisis, creating a "conflict wall" between the state's inquiry and the lawsuits targeting the state.

The prior announced investigation will determine "whether any Michigan laws were violated in the process that created a major public health crisis for Flint residents."
