Ted Cruz: a world-class dick

There's a reason that Cruz is the most hated man in the U.S. Senate. His personality is unbearable to virtually every other human being he has ever come in contact with.

Those who knew him at college, (including his room mate), couldn't stand to be anywhere near him. He served in the G. W. Bush administration and no one else in that administration has anything good to say about him. And the other 99 Senators with whom he currently serves, loathe him.

How in the world does anyone come to be universally despised? (And how the hell did he ever get elected to the senate?)

Personality aside, Cruz's positions on virtually every issue are inhumane which belies his claim to being a "Christian." His "Christianity" doesn't allow for any opinion other than his own views. Added to this is his obnoxious way of forcing his personal opinions on everyone with whom he comes in contact.

There are no links here. Google "Ted Cruz hated" and spend a few moments reading about what others think of him. The bottom line is that, as unbearable as Trump is, Cruz is the more dangerous of the two. He believes his own propaganda.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but if someone held a gun to my head and forced me to choose between Trump and Cruz, I'd have to say Trump. Politics doesn't get any more ugly or horrible than this GOP primary.

alternative was Cruz.

Cruz is in real life the murderous nazi Trump pretends to be.

Although there is that unfortunate time (for him) he was OK with immigration reform and path to citizenship. That confuses me, to be honest

He is against it now of course because the base of the GOP are horrific disgusting people who HATE all non white str8t xtians, and it is funny watching him try and squeeze out of that one

Cruz and they worked together to help. I have been hearing all along about how good of a debater Cruz is and really haven't seen it yet. I think it is safe to assume that Cruz has been nice to Trump and was waiting until the right time. He was waiting to hammer Trump good in the last debate before the Iowa caucuses. Trump deprived him of his plans and that left the other ones to fight among themselves but why did they all go against Cruz?? Why not spread the attacks around to make themselves look better?

They didn't because they hate Cruz too. Even ex Senators hate him.

He was counting on his debating skills and Trump denied him any anticipated debating victory.

but I don't really know all that much about him. The creepy vibe is so strong just looking at him and knowing the little I do know that I just have not wanted to torture myself with any more than I see by accident.

I learned long ago that when I look at someone and the hair on the back of my neck starts to stand up and that creepy vibe takes hold just to move away as quickly as possible. There is nothing good there. I can't remember the last time I felt like that so strongly, probably never this strongly.

If he should happen to get the nomination, and I don't think he will, I will make it my duty to learn.

I find the media hype about his Harvard debate skills to be similar in vein to the crap about Newt Gingrich being a man of ideas (they all suck) or Scalia being such a great scholar - he's not. The authoritarian nature of the USA is to defer to those in power, glom onto the convenient common narrative and genuflect rather than question. Just waitin' for the "hell, he ain't a reeyul Texan anyhow" to start bubbling up around his feet, crawl up his ass and burst through his beady eyeballs. He thinks (as did Romney, Robertson, Bachmann, and Santorum) that he was personally selected by god to be our leader. No compassion, no critical thinking on exhibit, just mean, fear-mongering rhetoric designed to scare the rubes. His carpet bombing comments show just what a fine humanitarian and kreeestchyun he really his. May he step in shit and may his toes find sharp corners the rest of his miserable days and nights. And please please let him be caught with a hooker (male would be better) right before the convention!

When I was a young pup fresh out of Harvard the most senior partner in the group I worked in at a Fancy Downtown Mpls Law Firm (I didn't last - doomed as much by my zip code as my Asperger's) was a classmate of Scalia's. In a department meeting he was asked about his upcoming argument before the SCOTUS and his old classmate. John was a soft-spoken, astoundingly brilliant attorney who never had a bad word to say about anyone, a true gentleman. Longtime liberal Dem and personal friend of Walter Mondale's as well.

His comment: "Nino is a very smart man. In fact he's almost half as smart as he thinks he is." Delivered with a small, sly, Jeeves-like smile and a twinkle in his eye.

Priceless.

Cruz really believes the crap he's spouting.

He has no idea what "carpet bombing" means, but he's ready to do it to "THEM."

He will wipe out Obamacare on his first day in office, and he doesn't give a flying monkey fuck how many millions of Americans will get screwed.

He wants to get rid of all the immigrant "THEMS." Even though his father was one of those immigrant "THEMS." Then again, Cubans were never treated the same way as the rest of the Latin "THEMS." (Google wet foot/dry foot). Cubans got "special" treatment, as opposed to the rest of the "THEMS."

Cruz Campaign Under Fire for Sending Iowans Controversial Letter

Ted Cruz’s campaign is under fire for a mailer it sent out in Iowa that is designed to look like an official government document.

The mailers tell the recipients they have a “voting violation” for failing to caucus in previous elections, and grades them on an A to F basis, Politico reports. The paper has the words “official public record at the top,” and also includes actual names of the recipients neighbors.

Republican Secretary of State Paul Pate slammed the campaign, saying the mailer “misrepresents the role of my office, and worse, misrepresents Iowa election law.”

They both are like most everyday typical republican, right wing nut, lying scoundrel, war mongering, tea party believer! There is a lot of republicans this way and that is why we need to stand up to them and say enough is enough. We can all disagree on issues, but to lie about issues and force them down peoples throat is absurd and unacceptable! Now, if I had to choose between Trump or Cruz, I would have to think my nightmare was over and I awoke to see the world in a better place and watch them both loose! Carly is another one who scares me with her madness! We thought Palin was the worse, but we all can see a close resemblance to both!
