http://dangerousminds.net/comments/pimptastic_untouched_70s_penthouse_apartment_can_be_yours_for_158kI love when these types gems pop up on the MLS or Zillow. Theyre rare finds. Take this funky Chicago penthouse apartment for instance that recently went up on the Multiple Listing Service for a cool $158,000. Its 1,877 square feet, built in 1972 and with its original decor included. Did you hear me? With its original decor included! Apparentlyat least according to the Internet so this may not be 100% accuratethe people who owned the apartment never lived really there and therefore didnt bother to update it. Hence why its untouched with all its funky psychedelic glory still intact.
If you have an extra $158k and want to live in the Chicago area, this awesome time capsule can be yours.

I gave this book to my Boomer mom. She loved it in the manner in which it was intended to be loved.
