So I had a solo lunch today, nice cup of Pho, just kicking back and pondering things

Driving to the place I heard that Hillary might shake up her staff. This morning I had read the Bill Clinton comments about Bernie. Both were obviously on my mind, so as I sat eating I was thinking about the Hillary comment about Bernie voting for the Commodity Future Modernization Act, her flippant comment regarding the speaking fees, the Bernie Bros./Obama Boys attacks, all while claiming to be a victim.

To digress, I am a person who gets motivated by conflict, know it, manage it, and always try to be cognizant of the fact that some others have the same disposition. Mine was likely due to being the last kid in a large family, made me real laid back until there was something I wanted and an older sibling said I was too small or not smart enough yet. I would put the blinders on and either get it or in some cases get my ass kicked because I was too small to handle the endeavor. In my first fifteen years of work I would steamroll anyone in my way, the last fifteen years the opposite. I learned it wasn't my way or the highway and if someone else handles the requirement a different way, no biggie as long as it gets done. Used to be a strong individual contributor, now a strong manger. Anyway the point is, I know about having to thrive on chaos.

The Clinton's thrive on chaos, it is in their DNA. Trump, Christie, Sarah Palin, all thrive on chaos. Now some, like Palin, are also dumb as rocks, so I am not insinuating the Clinton's are ignorant, far from it both very intelligent people. I am suggesting that they have always and will always have and need chaos and conflict as a motivational tool. One of the reasons, the biggest, I respect Obama is that he lets 99% of the attempted chaos flow by.

2. The point really isn't about the Primary

More about how people are wired different.

I am still trying to fully figure out Bernie, very stable and principled guy. My concern with him is can he get things done in the cluster F#%^ of DC.

4. Very good, Sir.

I am an introvert, and also a good manager who knows how to surf the wave of chaos, and I concur, and that is exactly why I like Obama.

People who need chaos tend to drag it around with them. They need the stimulation. That can be good or bad, but in politics it's bad unless you want chaos.

8. Except for the terminally shy

Most introverts learn to successfully function like extroverts. The only problem is that it takes a psychic toll on them and the introverts need some "alone time" to recharge their psychic batteries..

10. Yes, but shy is different from introvert, they are not the same thing at all.

I can deal with people, I'm just not that interested in most of them, and they often can't deal with me. They interfere and do stupid things and then want me to fix it. Extroverts like that sort of thing, I don't, I find it annoying.

Shy has to do with status and dominance relations, who gets attention and who does not, being an introvert that means squat to me, you can't threaten me with inattention, I don't care. You can threaten me with too much attention, but you are likely to find I just then disappeared.

But yeah, you're right, that's the problem, extroverts, real extroverts, are energized by people, and they talk about other people and themselves, always about themselves, like Bill. Introverts like to talk about ideas and don't much care for gossip, and it wears them out, it's work, we get tired and want some time to ourselves, to digest what was said.

5. I always eat lunch alone.

I have a cup of frozen blueberries, a cup of whole fat plain organic yogurt, and a half cup of chopped walnuts (or pecans). Then I search PubMed for interesting health news.

6. I resemble a lot of these comments

What we need today more than anytime in our history is a steady hand on the rudder and a wise persons hand on the throttle.
Hill/bill are not either of those. I know I know its Hillary running and all that but really does anyone really believe that Bill will only play house. I'd bet my bottom dollar that won't be the case

9. Pho is not consumed "by the cup"

Pho is consumed in very large bowls.
