1. Of course they do

Even the young sympathize with Israel over the Palestinians 54% to 32% - they see the violence that is cheerleaded and called for by the LEADERSHIP of Palestinians (well, what can you expect when you vote in terrorist hamas). These numbers seem to change only very slightly (statistically insignificant) over the decades. It may not seem that way from the I/P forum here but support for Israel stays the same.

so do most liberals but that will never translate into sympathizing with the Palestinians over Israel. Never. One has nothing to do with the other. Same way I was a proud American - even when bush was President.
