Karges said restoration work will begin after workers evaluate the damage. He has no idea what fixes will cost or where the money will come from. He doesn't have it in his $2.1 million annual budget ...

should come from to repair the damage they caused. Once the criminal courts are done with them, the Preserve can pursue them all in civil court. Make 'em pay for the damage they caused.
