Kentucky Republican caucus turnout is huge in my location

Pic is from local Lexington WKYT website. This is what it looked like before the doors even opened. You'll see the line actually snakes down one side of the hall and then up the other side. This school is not far from our apartment and the traffic was just crazy. At several points line was out the door and down the whole front of the building 3 or 4 wide. There were people parking in our apartment lot and walking the half mile or so over to the school.

Hubby had a good day.... felt like stirring the pot. We set up outside with free hot chocolate and coffee with Bernie Sanders stuff. Talked to more than 200 people based on how many cups. .... nearly all said they hadn't really planned to come but after that last debate decided a "not Trump" vote was important.

There were actually more than a few who volunteered they are registered Repubs but if Bernie makes it to the GE they'll probably vote for him. Which was a bit odd. First time I thought they were just being cute. About the 20th time I realized some of them are sincere. Can't understand why someone willing to cast for Cruz would vote Bernie in GE though.....

I believe you are correct in the people voting against instead of for. That scares me though. LiberalArkie Mar 2016 #1

They could end up with a viable candidate in the end.
