Last week a group of Donald Trump supporters were caught on camera pushing and screaming at a young African American woman as she was leaving a Trump rally in Louisville, Kentucky.
Despite telling the mob to stop touching her, Shiya Nwanguma was repeatedly pushed and had many people get in her face. Not one person tried to help her. Luckily, she wasnt injured and she is doing okay.
Now, one of the young men involved in the verbal assault of Nwanguma is getting what was coming to him.
Joseph Pryor was proud when he found out that he was captured on the viral video as one of the men in the crowd seen screaming at Nwangum. He even took a screen shot of himself in the video and posted it to his Facebook page.
Joseph Pryor, screamed at woman, posted screenshots of himself screaming at her on Facebook.

(34,582 posts)that he would only encounter white people in the Marine Corps? He wouldn't have made it 2 weeks into boot camp.

(58,598 posts)it actually was the first time I had direct interaction with black people, and certainly the first time I saw black people in positions of authority. Not a lot officers, but many NCOs and senior NCOs held positions in the units I was assigned to.
Nobody was black or white, we were all green. It wasn't as simple as that, of course, but we worked at it. It was the time when I started working on my own latent racism, which was surprisingly stronger than I imagined. One good thing, it's kind of hard to act out racially against someone who can bring charges on you.
That was back in the 1970s, and I like to think I'm better now, but you know what, it slips out once in a while. All that shit I learned in my younger years is still in there. I'm just better than I used to be at suppressing it.
I'm proud to have voted for Obama twice and against Reagan twice. I guess life has a certain balance to it.
