Donald Drumpf being sued for illegally withholding tips from wait staff at NYC hotel

http://us.blastingnews.com/news/2016/03/donald-trump-being-sued-for-illegally-withholding-tips-from-wait-staff-at-nyc-hotel-00826827.html

With the Republican National Convention only four months away, the reality of Donald Trump becoming the party's nominee is no longer considered a joke. As Trump inches his way closer to the nomination, he's being forced to deal with various aspects of his past that could negatively affect his campaign moving forward.

Trump's luxury hotel located in SoHo in Lower Manhattan, New York City is the location in question according to a lawsuit filed on Feb. 13. Deborah Garcia, a member of the hotel's catering staff, is suing the GOP front runner, in addition to his son Donald Jr., and his daughter Ivanka, as reported by DNAinfo.com.

The lawsuit accuses the Trump-owned hotel of illegally adding a 22 percent service charge to all customers' bills, while not transferring fee to the wait staff. The fee was often confused as mandatory gratuity, which never found its way to the employees. As detailed by The Braiser, New York state law explains that "employers are not allowed to retain any part of a service fee if it’s not clearly mentioned that it isn’t gratuity."

In addition to his lawsuit allegedly ripping off his employees in SoHo, Trump is currently involved with other legal issues. As recently pointed out by his Republican rivals, the billionaire real estate mogul has been forced to deal with the growing issue of Trump University. The lawsuit was filed by New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman on behalf of nearly 5,000 students who spent as much as $35,000 to attend Trump's school. The University failed to deliver on its promises, claiming the former host of "The Apprentice" of "engaging in persistent fraudulent, illegal and deceptive conduct in connection with the operation of Trump University."

5:4 "Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of sabaoth."

One of the sins that the Bible holds that cries out to God for vengeance, defrauding the laborer of his/her just wages.

But then he doesn't really live by the Bible, does he?

All the way down to ripping off his own workers under the guise of a "service charge." How many folks stay at this luxury hotel, see the 22% charge added to their bill, assume that the staff is taken care of by that, and don't leave a tip for the maids or the waiters or the other people who work so hard to make their stay pleasant? Instead, Trump (who is worth TEN BILLION DOLLARS) filches even that money to line his overstuffed pockets.
