I think the worm just turned.

No way are a majority of Americans going to vote for someone who's just this palpably divisive. I just don't think it's going to happen.

Republicans are going to have to scramble for their survival and look to drop Trump like a hot potato, even though he's the monster they created and fed in their subconscious image.

Non-partisan independents aren't going to fly for this, either.

For this reason, Trump could well beat Clinton because true or not, she would be perceived as the quintessential 'establishment' candidate.

Sanders against Trump, though? Landslide for Sanders, even if Trump's supporters don jack boots, brown shirts and coal scuttle helmets and hit the streets to 'bash leftist heads.' Bernie will still win.
