Cheaper (and quieter) than the Spring Break towns.

Congratulations on your graduation.

Plenty of great National Parks to see.

My favorites are Yosemite and Yellowstone

Other favorites:
Canyonlands
Zion
Kings Canyon
Olympic

if you have the time and a car, take a drive to one or two, you'll cherish it forever...

and bring a pack... get into the back country!

Logged 15,000 miles on 2 cars (came home with a different car than I left with)

Made a lot of friends along the way. Spent $3,000 all in including gas and food and the purchase of the 2nd car for $200

Vermont is a spectacularly beautiful human-scale state. I hear their Senator is pretty cool.
