(7,290 posts)has ever been impeached by the House, and the Senate refused to hold a trial, saying the House had no jurisdiction to impeach. The Senator was however expelled from the Senate by a vote of Senators.
Not to mention that McConnell has committed no crimes, since being an obnoxious asshole is not a crime.

If this is truly about PRINCIPLE, then demand the senate vote to amend the constitution.

We have got to find a way to get Democratic voters off their asses and VOTE.
