Damn good thing this is not happening in the reverse, the republican party would threaten war at which point the Democratic party would concede and do their job.

has ever been impeached by the House, and the Senate refused to hold a trial, saying the House had no jurisdiction to impeach. The Senator was however expelled from the Senate by a vote of Senators.

Not to mention that McConnell has committed no crimes, since being an obnoxious asshole is not a crime.

to nominating court picks ONLY in the first 3 years of their term?

If this is truly about PRINCIPLE, then demand the senate vote to amend the constitution.

going to submit an amendment that sets a time limit for considering judicial nominations? If not, assholish as this is, there is no violation of the Constitution.

republican base and they will come out to vote in even bigger numbers than they have so far (which have beat us in race after race).
We have got to find a way to get Democratic voters off their asses and VOTE.

to email our Senators (both Democrat and Republican) and insist that they perform their duties under the Constitution in this matter. I will be doing so tomorrow and I encourage all to do the same.
