They are strong and brave. But those running things have kept us in a state of perpetual war for 15 years. Funny how so many of the them end up working for companies that profit from war.

yes they are whacked.

Because they are limited by their "military-think training" they believe themselves to be brilliant but they can only think inside their small box. In short, they are boring and while bright, still stupid.
