And that would still be true even if it were a landslide in our favor.
The issues on a state level election--particularly a recall--are so wildly different from what's going to be the major issues going into November that trying to take this as a yardstick is impractical bordering on ridiculous. If anything, the exit poll results bear that out, showing that Wisconsin goes for Obama by 12 come the fall. The people who are voting today about local issues, including simply not approving of recalls, are not going to be a bellwether for the rest of the country.

I feel sad. Forgive me for being a pessimist. I fear money can buy an election.

just because "they don't like recalls" needs his head examined.

right now I'm very disappointed in Wisconsin, I expected this result, when they voted that judge back into office.

I fear, when the Romney SuperPACs are done being negative about President Obama,
a number of people who say they will vote for President Obama in November, will hesitate.
If people hear something, over and over, long enough, people cannot help but waiver.
It may be true, this is not a referendum on President Obama.
I fear this is a demonstration what huge sums of money can do to influence voters.
Huge sums of money will be spent attacking President Obama.
It is a mistake to underestimate the affect these attacks will have.
I hope I am wrong. I hope to be proved wrong this November.
It would be a sad day if I were correct.
