latino immigrants are the only ones who will do it, what is going to happen when you deport all illegals' question with Cruz' 'wages will go way up when only documented people can work in the USA' reply. Be warned. In the Ontario election of 1995, the neocons said forcing people to work for welfare would 'give people jobs' to the less sophisticated. Poorer people walked around saying the neocon leader, Mike Harris, would force an employer to give him a job right away. To the unemployed it was like crack. They voted for the neocons and he proptly undid welfare and put those on limited income in crisis by lowering the shelter allowance of welfare within months. Watch out. He won't make things better for working people. Social programs will be destroyed.

If you have an underground labor force that is being paid below prevailing wages if you take away that labor force employers would be forced to pay a wage that enticed people to do the work.

In reality I'm not sure what you will see. I highly doubt the GOP will do anything that will end up costing businesses more money. If anything the restrictions could result in migrants making less as the employers will include a risk premium for getting caught in the wages they pay.
