Berea can't band any item from being sold by private vendors. The area is on public land, and then the black lives matter said they would picket the event. Berea is actually a small liberal town in a crazy purple state. They didn't want anyone to get hurt. Kind of sad actually, I went to the little festival last year. Still wasn't brave enough to try spoon bread.

Hope they have time to work it out next year.
