If you can't beat him, hang him around the GOP's neck.

I really wish that the recall had turned out differently. There is no way a Governor facing indictment should have won a recall, but there it is. Now, when he is indicted it will be a lot worse for the GOP had Walker simply lost the recall. They will have no excuse for standing behind Walker in his efforts to retain the governorship. So, fine if they want to claim this as a victory let them. But, when Walker gets indicted link him to as many GOPers as possible, that is all push the meme that Republicans pal around with criminals, like Walker.

What court will it be heard in?

At one time I trusted our justice system enough to not feel a need to ask, but no more. I see Republicans over look the crimes of their own and Republican courts make insane decisions.

So, will it be the fox watching the hen house?

This is a shining example of how huge sums of money from a relatively few rich donors can determine the way our government is run. If David had managed to slay Goliath, there might not be the same argument against Citizens United-type funding.

I admit that I have a habit of trying to look on the bright side in a way that is not always reality-based....
