As for the indictments, who knows? How much $$ do they have to drop on Wink, Russell & the other squealers to make them shut up & take their prison time? A couple million apiece? Chickenfeed for the Kochsters.

How can they bribe people with large amounts of money without it being obvious? Surely it's illegal to buy testimony (or lack of testimony).
