Austerity Does Not Equal Prosperity

Tell our party..pass it on. Lets go back to framing the debate on Keynesian economics. You know, the stuff that works. A lot of Socialists and Social Democrats in the EU have even fallen into the Austerity Pit. Look how well that's working out for them. We are letting them frame the entire debate and every part of the progressive movement will suffer until we turn this ship around.

is to look at Europe right now. Austerity failed, for the people, because it was never intended to help the people, it was meant to help the Banks. And that is what the Democrats should emphasize, they should accuse Republicans of wanting to turn the US into the Eurozone where people are tragically, now at the point of committing suicide because of the poverty created by these kinds of policies.
