Lawyer says he wants Christie's cell phone in GWB lane-closure case

...Baldassare made the claims during a 90-minute court hearing in which defense attorneys and prosecutors made their final arguments before U.S. District Judge Susan D. Wigenton who will decide whether to allow the case to proceed to trial.

In the hallway outside the courtroom, Baldassare said: "I want the Governor's phone and Regina Egea's phone, and [former Christie spokesman] Michael Drewniak's, and every other person whose phone the government said he gave to Gibson Dunn."

Wigenton gave Baldassare one week to file court papers laying out his new information and she gave prosecutors one week to file their response.
