If I have learned anything about the republican party over the years it is that the welfare of the country is way down on their "importance" list.

but the reactions to Trump give me some hope...
the GOP will still have horrible policies and goals, but they are also capable of feeling some sense of shame
the shame is not about their policies, its about their public face...
but its a beginning
