1. People have the right to be lied to by private industry without the government informing them
that it is happening. Secrecy of where disinformation is coming from is the cornerstone of free speech. We have clear evidence that the government is trying to stifle public debate if by public debate you mean information that is completely generated by for-profit private business to create the appearance of a debate where none actually exists. How dare the government try to tell the public that private business particularly those that have the most to lose by regulations are completely funding and driving the debate on climate denial. It's our first amendment right to lie to you with phony facts and paid hit pieces disguised as science and for you not to know that we're doing it. I mean that's what's really at stake. Our freedom to do this horrible agenda without you knowing we are doing it. That's what I like to call freedom.

2. Doug McKelway is saying:
"I'd didn't believe in the destructive powers of climate change until someone told me that it had been foretold in the Bible. . . . I'm sure you're aware, Bret, of Revelations and the Apocalypse. . . . So maybe I could believe in it. . . . You know 'He works in mysterious ways.'"

3. This is such a good reason to "skip fox" I had to reply...
Did you read about the recent lawsuit where Fox news got sued for featuring a fake "retired CIA analyst" who was one of their on-air personalities? Fox won the civil case by proving they were not a news show. While they were mysteriously not ordered to run some type of disclaimer during their broadcasts, a team of lawyers did prove, in court, Fox was an entertainment media only.

4. I would "skip Fox" if I could
but I'm obsessive.
