Anybody catch vice about modernization of our nukes, scary shit

A trillion dollars for small nukes we may use which in turn may trigger a nuclear war, our military is the tail that wags the dog no matter who it is. Just look at the F-18 with Vermont or the Tanks in Ohio. They buy every liberal or conservative it so fucked up.
