He knows Hillary and no doubt has some knowledge of how to play her. I suspect he's being hired for that reason, not for his proven lack of skill in other areas.

Not possible. Trump's hardcore supporters like him just the way he is. Most Republicans will vote for him because he is a Republican and because they loathe Hillary so no polishing is needed. And, Trump is too much of a narcissist to be changed much. For him to be elected, he needs to draw unaffiliated voters and some Dems. The best way to do that is for Hillary to implode. Now, based on history, she will provide some opportunities herself. If they can help that along by pushing her buttons or creating issues that she can/will not effectively rebut, they have an opportunity to win a portion of the majority of people who already dislike her, or to at least convince many to sit this one out.

Morris would be nuts to leave his post to board the sinking ship. On FOX he honestly needs to do no prep and gets paid easy $$$.
