Local Rep Chabot (R-OH): "Settle the damn case, and apologize to the judge".

http://www.fox19.com/story/32181070/chabot-to-trump-settle-the-damn-trump-university-case-apologize-to-judge

Chabot's blog reads in part:

"Donald, as I’ve said a number of times over the past few months, if you’re to have any chance of defeating Hillary Clinton in November, you’ve got to step up your game. During the primary process, you got away with saying a number of really dumb things – some would say that not following the normal rules of political correctness even benefited you. Maybe so.

"But your latest faux pas is a real doozy. You’ve accused the federal judge who’s handling the Trump U case, of “having an inherent conflict of interest”, merely because “he is of Mexican heritage.” I know you want to build a wall and all (so do I), but the guy was born in Indiana. In this country, we’ve never held where an American citizen was born, or where their parents or their grandparents were born, against them. And we shouldn’t start now.

"Besides, you should have settled this case long ago. As you know, it stems from your involvement in, what seems to me, one of those get-rich-quick deals – this one promising folks that they could learn the secrets of your success in real estate, for the rock bottom price of only $1,500 (to $35,000 for the Gold Elite program.) Lawsuits have been filed against you in New York and California. It’s not clear that legally you’ve done anything wrong, but it looks, well it looks terrible. And as a recovering lawyer myself, let me give you some free legal advice – settle the damn case, and apologize to the judge."

Chabot is an a$$hat and one of his early claims to fame among the faithful was his obsession with impeaching WJC. But he's nothing if not a party apparatchik and you can be damn sure that his blog post was vetted by the party before he posted it.
