Wow a Republican talking about rape, and the comments aren't utterly disgusting!
Yeah Ted Poe is a lunatic in so many ways, but he's dead on here. Actually kind of even more damning, if even a lunatic like him can understand something as simple and obvious as "rape is never the fault of the victim", then that's a pretty sharp indictment of all his party members who have shown they can not.
