Because they don't have enough people to draw the blood. They are asking that people come back another day.
What we fun was that the reporter said this, turned the coverage back to Don Lemon who immediately asked if the blood banks had enough people to take the blood. The reporter was like but covered for Don Lemon's stupidity.
