I certainly didn't see him cry like a baby. I have no idea if he's right about the laws but if he is then the police were out of line. If he's wrong then I guess they acted correctly by not shooting him.

I always just wish there was a video of the proceedings when they get to spew their idiocy to a judge. Also wish that the judge that these guys have to face would be named Sheindlin. She would have such fun with them.
