A routine hearing last week in a Georgia court descended into a vulgar back-and-forth between the judge and an alleged murderer, who bragged about his “donkey dick” and repeatedly told the judge, “go fuck yourself” before threatening to kill the judge's family.

In a transcript of the Floyd County court proceedings posted online by legal blogger Keith Lee, Denver Allen, 31, of Cartersville, Georgia, appearing in court on charges he beat another prison inmate to death, explained he was representing himself because his public defender said he would only do a “good job” if Allen performed oral sex on him.

Judge Bryant Durham cautioned him against representing himself, telling Allen he would probably be convicted if he went to trial. The proceedings only went far, far downhill from there.

Allen responded, “fuck you” to Durham and said “I don’t care” when the judge fired back that he would find him in contempt of court.

2. This one story is quite exceptional...but,

if you think Georgia is the only state with lunacy...my guess is no..There is enough strange news across the U.S.A..to keep us reading for many, many, hours. Remember you need a license to drive a car, to get married, and to be a doctor or a lawyer..but.............it is not needed to have children or raise them. No lessons, no training just some sex and wait 9 months. No money requirements and just a partner...and time..

He should remove himself from this case and it has to make people wonder how fit he is to even sit on the bench.
