The US Senate is quite possibly about to switch control back to the Democrats.
The GOPee, for reasons far bigger than a presidential loss, may be seen walking the path to oblivion.
The Supreme Court is about to make a half century shift to the liberal side of the pendulum's swing. This may be the biggest gift given us by Trump.
The terribly gerrymandered US House, if not in control of Democrats, will at least get close enough to take two later, assuming the Dems don't fuck up. I don't think they will.
All of this, and so much more, is the direct result of Donald Trump's candidacy. We need to be more magnanimous than the right would ever be. We may even wish to encourage the erection of statues in the image of their favored son. We need books written to celebrate how he got there and how they supported that outcome.
Yes, we could lose and lose big, but we owe it to ourselves to at least be ready to ThankTrump2016!
