Now I love all greens, and hate orange, but in those days, I remember avocado carpeting, and appliances (thank dog they didn't make orange washer and dryer sets) and now they just look disgusting. Especially the ones that fade to brown near the edges of surfaces.

Some people like to go retro with their design in new homes, and I have to keep asking WHY?

We went to his house to watch it. The screen was about 4 inches in diameter (yes, it was round) and we watched about 15 or 20 minutes of test pattern before the programming started.

Later, when I was seven, we got a T.V. of our own and I grew up watching Kukla, Fran and Ollie, followed by The Kate Smith Show (I still remember "When the Moon Comes Over the Mountain....&quot

Don't mean to be a party spoiler, honest question.
I know it's a joke, but a similar joke regarding female stereotypes would not go down well.
