Benghazi conspiracy theorists turn on Trey Gowdy

https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/benghazi-conspiracy-theorists-turn-on-trey-gowdy/2016/06/29/7c513ed4-3e44-11e6-80bc-d06711fd2125_story.html

A day after the House Benghazi committee released a final report that left Hillary Clinton relatively unscathed, conservative activists — the conspiracy-minded ones who pressured House leaders to appoint the committee in the first place — rounded on Chairman Trey Gowdy for failing to deliver the goods.

“To say I was disappointed would be an understatement,” retired Adm. James “Ace” Lyons complained at a meeting Wednesday afternoon of the Citizens’ Commission on Benghazi,
a coalition of far-right foreign- policy types. “Chairman Gowdy is not a stenographer. .?.?. He was there to make findings and conclusions. He had the information. He copped out, which is consistent that we’ve seen with all our congressional leadership.”

Retired Gen. Thomas McInerney agreed that “the American people want to know from a group that spent almost two years on it what the conclusions are. That’s what we pay you for, Mr. Gowdy.”

Charles Woods, the father of Ty Woods, one of the four Americans killed in Benghazi, lamented that “I really don’t have closure as far as who made the decision not to rescue.” And Roger Aronoff of Accuracy in Media, which convened the Citizens’ Commission at the National Press Club, complained that “they put a bunch of transcripts in there, interviews, but they didn’t weave it all together.”

HUGE Announcement About Obama & Muslim Brotherhood (VIDEO)

Retired 4-Star U.S. Navy Admiral James A. “Ace” Lyons was recently at the National Press Club. And his claims are shocking.

It appears that the Obama Regime has been FULLY infiltrated by the Muslim Brotherhood terrorism front group on every level. And that pro-radical Islam group is also in every level of U.S. security agencies. Lyons went on to say that “the transformation of America has been in full swing ever since 2008.” And when Obama campaigned on a platform to “fundamentally transform America,” Obama has done exactly that!

In addition Lyons made the important point that there is no meaningful line between Islam and radical Islam. “Islam is Islam,” he said.

For the idiocy of his public statements, the man is insane. How did he ascend to four stars? Was he always this crazy? It's frightening to think how many more nutcases like this are still active.

The admiral and any of the other RWNJ's yeah. However I would never condemn the feelings of a parent who lost a child. I'm not really familiar with anything the father has said, but the quote you quoted looks like a grieving father looking for answers.

...the Obama administration. Shit happens, and in this case it is clear no one is really to blame for a terrorist attack that killed four people. If anything, the ambassador is to blame for traveling to a dangerous place with insufficient protection on hand. But I greatly admire the ambassador for his courage and his dedication to his mission.

the republicans are responsible for this...for him thinking he would get closure by finding fault with Hillary. They extended his agony far longer than it needed to be.

Shame on republicans in congress. Shame on all of you.
