he was a big gun advocate before this happened and I wonder if he will take a different stand going forward?

(1,735 posts)and Huff Po said he had bought all seven of his kids weapons and taught them to shoot. Plus he still is a gun advocate as of today. Also has a Gofundme page to pay funeral costs. Perhaps selling a gun or two might help with that?

(63,172 posts)If that were true, then every firearm death would be a suicide, a murder, a justifiable homicide or an involuntary manslaughter. We'd never see any of this "no charges would be filed" stuff if gun owners were actually held responsible.

IMO should charges be filed- yes, and his statement of guilt entered into evidence.
