All of the observations about Director Comey's statement brought a quote to mind

Many commenters and writers have voiced their thoughts about Director Comey's critical comments about Secretary Clinton's decision to use private email servers for her official work-related communications. Since he didn't recommend indictments, I don't really care about the story any more so his digs at Mrs. Clinton are unimportant. She's in the clear and let's make sure that she'll be No. 45.

Even Secretary Clinton has conceded that she made poor choices. Actually, that's what smart people do: They learn from their mistakes. Stupid people don't even recognize their mistakes, (here that, Donald?), let alone learn anything. In any event, there was no way that Director Comey was going to praise her.

Which brings me to the quote from the great amateur golfer, Bobby Jones:

"You might as well praise a man for not robbing a bank."

Vote a straight Democratic ticket!
