It was one the suspicious episodes that convinced many of us that the effort to invade Iraq was very precious to a group of powerful, unscrupulous people. A relative few bear the conscience of a careless population. Perhaps that burden caused Kelly's depression and death. Maybe, it's a LeCarre type of world.
