Comey is a clever and sophicicated snake-in-the-grass. He keeps

circulating back to his "opinion" and editoralizing re Sec Clinton's supposed judgement.

Lots of quotes for GOP fodder, unfortunately, not many of which will declare that no laws were broken.

Just crap.

The FBI Director's resignation is not expected with a new administration, as with cabinet posts.

It would be pretty nasty optics for Hillary to formally fire him, so unless he wants to move on, Comey could be around for awhile.

Or you could tell yourself that he was smart enough to know which way the wind blows and take action accordingly.

As a longstanding member here I'm sure you know that based on the facts, another person might have gone with a recommendation of indictments. What was the fact base for the impeachment of Bill Clinton? Answer slim to none. But it happened.

Just count your blessings too....

he gave money to McCain and Romney, as well

the reason he didn't indict is that ALL the fbi agents on the case agreed that there was no there there.....this according to Elijah Cummings today.

just watch the msm stick to the original editorialized comey BS, focusing on how incompetent, and probably mendacious Hillary was.

It is now all but certain that Hillary will be the elected. Unless Trump dies and 13 other highly unlikely event follow, it is now extremely uphill for the GOP.

If you want to pretend that there were zero chance of a worse outcome, fine with me. I just dont buy into that. And the more you argue that Comey is an unreliable friend, the further away from zero you get.

Just posted the below thread, I think he disqualified himself from any future HRC investigation requests based upon his commenting on Tuesday.

If he was clever then it was done by making the comments and thus shutting down his involvement in future investigations.

Censure, as I understand it, has no standard of criminality. It's basically a letter of reprimand

I kept expecting to hear the producer yell "Cut" when they had hesitation with their lines.

Comey pleads ignorance about the three out of over 30,000 NOT actually being classified AFTER he framed Hillary for classified email. He is either grossly incompetent or one of the Republican actors in the new political reality show in Washington: reality. He kept spinning his wording to indict her while avoiding saying we have nothing. Acting as if he didn't know there were zero classified email is inexcusable when it took only a day for State to completely refute his position. He sure developed amnesia quickly when asked about his conversations with State about those three emails.

VIDEO: Rep. Elijah Cummings Questions FBI's Comey about zero actual classified e-mails.
