Military training and wars give soldiers lethal capabilities, to which most veterans never resort. Unless their minds are captured by lethal ideologies or psychiatric disturbances.

Well under half of deployed troops will hear shots fired in anger

Only about 10% will actually engage in active combat.

He would have received basic weapon and tactical training
