Apple is not your friend. Buy Android or Windows phones, at least they allow you to actually own what you purchased.

5. Hmmm...as described it senses an infrared signal which triggers software to disable camera.

It seems a simple infrared filter over the lens would defeat this.

And a rather impractical design as it is easily disabled with a simple IR blocking lens over the camera.

My guess. This will likely not be implemented.
