Either he has a bad case of bedhead or he needs a haircut, but add the ruddy complexion and red nose, he looks somewhat like a drunkard someone forced to wear a suit before they dragged him out in public display.

to put on the tee vee makeup (or do it for him), and only Dime Bag to straighten his tie--she's probably DONE and figures he can tend his own legacy--or not.

But it was a good speech, credit where due.

He had lazy speech throughout his presidency. I guess he was trying to sound more folksy, but I also think he's just lazy.

Or maybe it's just his way of showing that he knows he's a despicable POS...?

Edit: Oh, and why is he not wearing a black suit??? Seems disrespectful to me. (If female public figures are gonna be judged on this kind of thing, it's only fair....)

I find it hard it hard to believe that he ever enjoyed a sober week at the White House. In fact, I highly suspect his many month-long vacations were either attempts to sober him up or opportunities to just let his train go off the rails for a while, away from the public eye.

Calling it a ranch is like calling the Yankee Bush a cowboy. It was a pig farm before Bush bought it and the smell actually deteriorated.
